Lucia Radu
Lucia Radu is a certified professional program manager, coach, and mentor with over 15 years of experience leading European-funded programs and supporting entrepreneurs across cultures.
At Impact Hub Network, she manages programs focused on social innovation, circularity, and inclusion, coordinating international projects and local Impact Hubs, with a special focus on building the capacity of business support organizations and impact-driven entrepreneurs. In the SI-Mission Facility, she leads Work Package 2, guiding five local Impact Hubs in delivering a capacity-building program across 20 countries.
Passionate about neuroscience, growth mindset, and inclusion, Lucia integrates her multidisciplinary expertise to help individuals and teasms grow with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

IH Ljubljana
Impact Hub Ljubljana is Slovenia’s leading hub for impact entrepreneurship and social innovation, and the national reference point for the EU’s Cancer Mission in the SI-Mission Facility project. As part of the global Impact Hub Network, it combines coworking spaces, incubation and acceleration programs, and a strong community of changemakers with a unique expertise in health-related social innovation. Through its role in the SI-Mission Facility project, Impact Hub Ljubljana actively supports the implementation of EU Missions in Slovenia, with a particular focus on cancer prevention, early detection, and ensuring equal access. By connecting entrepreneurs, NGOs, researchers, institutions, and investors, it bridges local and European ecosystems and positions Slovenia as a key contributor to the Cancer Mission and other EU Missions driving healthier and more resilient societies.

Jan Peloza
Jan Peloza is a social innovation leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in building ecosystems that empower change-makers, NGOs, and youth-driven initiatives. He has co-founded and led several organizations in Slovenia and internationally, focusing on social impact, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
At Impact Hub Ljubljana, he drives the development of programs that connect entrepreneurs, researchers, and institutions to scale solutions with positive social and environmental impact. In the SI-Mission Facility, he facilitates cross-sector partnerships and mobilizing stakeholders around the EU Cancer Mission in Europe under Work package 2.
Passionate about community building and systemic change, Jan is dedicated to creating environments where ideas can grow into sustainable solutions for healthier and more inclusive societies.
IH Stockholm
Impact Hub Stockholm is a community and innovation hub enabling entrepreneurs and organizations to build solutions that are good for people and planet. As part of the global Impact Hub Network, we connect changemakers with peers, expertise, and partners to accelerate inclusive and sustainable innovation in Sweden and beyond. We design and deliver programs, advisory, and events that help social innovators start, grow, and scale their impact. Within the SI-Mission Facility, Impact Hub Stockholm focuses on the Cities Mission, mobilising and equipping social innovators and ecosystem actors to advance climate‑neutral and smart cities through training, coaching, and matchmaking.

Amir Sajadi
Amir Sajadi is the CEO of Impact Hub Stockholm and a social entrepreneur experienced in building mission‑driven ventures and partnerships. He leads programs and advisory work that help startups and organisations integrate sustainability and deliver measurable impact. In the SI-Mission Facility, he leads Impact Hub Stockholm’s contribution to the Cities Mission under Work Package 2.
IH Athens
Impact Hub Athens is part of the global Impact Hub Network spanning 65 countries, with over a decade of experience in social innovation and systemic change. It enables changemakers through entrepreneurial support, acceleration services, and expertise in rural innovation and ecosystem building. Rooted in sustainability, inclusiveness and collaboration, Impact Hub Athens drives long-lasting impact in Greece and beyond.

Dr. Lida Tsene
Dr. Lida Tsene, with a PhD in social media and social responsibility from Panteion University, has been a researcher at the Advertising and Public Relations Lab of Panteion University since 2008. She teaches at Cyprus Open University and the Hellenic Open University, conducting online seminars on social media and cultural entrepreneurship at Hellenic American Union. She is also the Public Relations and Educational Programs Director of Comicdom Press and co-founder of Athens Comics Library. Lida collaborates with IH Labs as a Communication Strategist and Business Development Consultant. In the SI-Mission Facility, she leads all activities related to the toolkit and webinars production under Work Package 2.

Dimitris Kokkinakis
Dimitris Kokkinakis is a social entrepreneur and community-builder. He co-founded Impact Hub Athens in 2013, an ever-growing ecosystem of social innovators and entrepreneurs driving change through responsible, inclusive, and sustainability-driven initiatives. Impact Hub Athens is part of the global Impact Hub network, present in over 120 Impact Hubs worldwide, connecting people, places, and programs to inspire, support, and catalyze impact. Since a young age he has been actively involved in national and international organizations and networks, working with diverse communities across sectors including entrepreneurship, the arts, and environment. Under his co-leadership, Impact Hub Athens has implemented large-scale initiatives at local, national, and EU levels, focusing on sustainability, inclusion, and climate resilience. In the SI-Mission Facility, he leads Impact Hub Athens contribution to Work Package 2.

Violetta Tsitsiliani
Violetta Tsitsiliani is a program coordinator and community-builder with 9 years of experience in EU-funded project management and communications, dedicated to growing strong, impact-driven communities.
At Impact Hub Athens, she coordinates initiatives at the intersection of social innovation and sustainability, collaborating with European partners and local ecosystems. Her current EU Mission Ocean focus includes PHAROS • REMEDIES • TASC-RestoreMed programs. She has worked with organisations such as Among, Bosch Alumni Network, Translators Without Borders, ChangeMakerXchange, Goethe-Institut, RBS, and Ashoka. For five years, she served as Communication & Community Manager at Social Dynamo of the Bodossaki Foundation. She also co-founded The Language Project, delivering innovative training in intercultural communication and specialised translation services for the humanitarian field.
Violetta has studied translation and cultural management and is a Fulbright – Salzburg Global Seminar alumna. She lives in Athens with her two children. In the SI-Mission Facility, she serves as a project manager to overview all WPs that Impact Hub Athens is working on.
IH Torino
Impact Hub Torino is part of the Impact Hub global network, one of the world’s largest communities for impact-driven innovation. Silvia Fazio
Silvia Fazio is an expert in European project design, entrepreneur, and trainer with extensive experience in project management and strategic writing for both direct and indirect EU funds. She has led transnational teams under Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, AMIF, and CERV, supporting organizations in building strong international partnerships and accessing competitive funding opportunities.
In the SI-Mission Facility, Silvia contributes to capacity-building activities and knowledge transfer under Work Package 2, bringing methodological rigor and a human-centered approach that enhances collaboration and impact.

Valentina Crepaldi
Valentina Crepaldi is a Grant Manager at Impact Hub Torino, specializing in EU project design and strategic partnership development. She has extensive experience in drafting and managing EU-funded proposals, coordinating international consortia, and supporting reporting and financial monitoring. Her work focuses on helping NGOs, SMEs, and public institutions transform ideas into impactful social innovation projects.
Valentina supports the Training and Scaling Facility under Work Package 2 by contributing to knowledge dissemination and the delivery of mission-related tools for social innovators.

Edoardo Ramondo
Edoardo Ramondo is a business development manager with more than thirty years of experience in the agri-food sector. He has managed production and distribution companies, introduced digital solutions to streamline logistics, and expanded into international markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore. He has also advised agri-food startups and led cooperation projects in Namibia with the World Food Programme (WFP).
Within the SI-Mission Facility, Edoardo brings his expertise in business development and scaling strategies, supporting social innovators in designing credible impact pathways and sustainable business models under Work Package 2.

Monica Capizzi
Monica Capizzi is a Digital Marketing Manager in Impact hub Torino. With a degree in Foreign Languages and a Master’s in Digital Marketing, she now serves as Location and Digital Marketing Manager, developing and implementing Impact Hub’s communication and digital strategies. A passionate traveler and music enthusiast, Monica brings creativity and precision to her work.
In the SI-Mission Facility, Monica supports dissemination and communication activities with a view on Work Package 2, ensuring that project results are effectively shared with stakeholders and wider audiences.

Victoria Pavel
Victoria Pavel is an experienced Program Manager with a solid track record in designing, coordinating, and implementing entrepreneurial and social innovation programs. At Impact Hub Bucharest, she first served as Community and Location Manager, when she led the development of community strategies, managed large-scale events and conferences, and coordinated flagship programs that brought together entrepreneurs and changemakers. Her expertise spans program design, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration, supporting the growth of startups and innovation-driven initiatives in the ecosystem.
Currently, as Program Manager, she continues to shape and deliver impactful initiatives that connect entrepreneurs, NGOs, corporations, and public institutions, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and collaborative growth. Within the SI-Mission Facility project, she is responsible for the content and thematic direction of the EU Mission Climate under Work Package 2.
