Impact Hub Athens is organising the sixth session of the Meet the Oceanpreneur webinar series, organised within the framework of the PHAROS project: “Greening the Gateway: Smart Ports & Blue Logistics.”

The webinar will take place on 1 October 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 CET, online via Zoom.

This session will explore how ports and maritime logistics can become gateways for a cleaner, smarter, and more circular blue economy. We will discuss how smart port technologies, digital logistics solutions, port waste-management systems, and innovative approaches can contribute to reducing environmental impacts while supporting ocean restoration and sustainable economic activity.

Participants:  Dimitris Kokkinakis from Impact Hub Athens as event host, Alejandro Luna García-Valenzuela from CTN as moderator, and speakers Richard Hardiman from RanMarine Technology and Georgia Kalantzi, PhD, from AlongWave.

The webinar will bring together innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and practitioners working across the blue economy to share practical examples of how technology, entrepreneurship, and nature-based solutions can support healthier oceans, resilient coastal economies, and more sustainable maritime systems.
